Why do you want to be a Stalker?: Walking around the surface and finding junk is the best job I could look for, sell them for high prices... This is basically my dream job.

Backstory (1-2 Paragraphs)
Vladimir was born near a station, which gave him a lot of ways trough the city; raised under a rich family and sent to private schools, his knowledge is higher then average making him a smart and intellectual person, a rare trait in the metro.
As the bombs fell, the alarms started, making the city's scream muffled under the continuos ringing of the sirens, children in the streets crying while mom's held their hands running to the metro, "Mommy! Where is daddy?!" they screamed, mothers didn't know what to answer, the kids voices were muffled by the sirens, almost unheard by the poor mothers.
Arrived in the metro, led by his old father, Vladimir settled until new factions and cities started to come up; he settled in Polis gaining access to the station's passport; living in Polis for years and attending to the local school, studying biology and chemistry.
His dead died at the age of ninety, Vladimir claimed that to be his "unlucky" number. Under the hands of ranger Vladislav, he was trained with firearms, killing his first mutant at the age of 29.
Years passed as he remained in Polis and at the age of 31, he saved up his money to buy a gasmask, filters and a doublet, adventuring to the surface, he looked at the sky and then to the broken buildings, he was surprised how this city changed, same sky but destroyed buildings...
An idea came up to his mind as he started to salvage pre war items, even destroyed engines of old cars that were lucky enough not to rust away.
He made a fortune selling pre war items from the surface, it seems like lazy traders loved surface items on their shelves.
At the age of 33 he moved to the head of the Ring Stations, Hansa and lived there to this day, making a fortune of approximatelly four thousand bullets selling pre war items, he now is settled there at the age of 34, looking forward to become a Stalker and make even more bullets.
