Commissioned officers

-Polkovnik (Colonel)
No restrictions

-Mayor (Major)
No restrictions.

-Commissar (Commissary)
Entirely for political purposes and are mainly there to establish control and improve moral.
No authoritative command over subordinate personnel unless delegated to by a commissioned officer.
Issued a officer cap and a revolver.

-Kapitan (Captain)
Authoritative command over subordinate personnel.
Can give permission to leave the base accompanied by a Serzhant or higher.
Can promote soldiers up to the rank of Starshiy Serzhant.
Issued a standard issue Kalash and officer's cap.
Can issue blackmarks which can lead to corporal punishment or court martial.
Can delegate punishments depending on severity.
Can lead a patrol.
Can recruit new soldiers during recruitment periods.
Can give permission to go Off-duty.

-Leytenant (Lieutenant)
Authoritative command over subordinate personnel.
Can give permission to leave the base accompanied by a Serzhant or higher.
Can promote soldiers up to the rank of Serzhant.
Issued a standard issue Kalash and officer's cap.
Can issue blackmarks which can lead to corporal punishment or court martial.
Can delegate punishments depending on severity.
Can lead a patrol.
Can recruit new soldiers during recruitment periods.

Non-Commissioned Officers

-Starshina (Sergeant Major)
Authoritative command over subordinate personnel.
Issued a Kalash, NCO uniform and possibly a sidearm.
Can suggest promotions and promote soldiers up to the rank of Yefreytor.
Can issue blackmarks which can lead to corporal punishment or court martial.
Can give permission to leave the base accompanied by a Serzhant or higher.
Can lead a patrol.
Only one player can hold this rank
Can recruit new soldiers during recruitment periods.
Can give permission to go Off-duty.

-Starshiy Serzhant (Senior Sergeant)
Authoritative command over subordinate personnel.
Issued a standard issue Kalash, NCO uniform and possibly a sidearm.
Can give permission to leave the base accompanied by a Serzhant or higher.
Can lead a patrol.

Serzhant (Sergeant)
Authoritative command over subordinate personnel
Issued a standard issue Kalash, NCO uniform and possibly a sidearm.
Can lead a patrol with the permission from a Starshiy Serzhant or higher.

-Mladshiy Serzhant (Junior Sergeant)
Authoritative command over subordinate personnel
Issued a standard issue firearm and NCO uniform
Can assist in leading a patrol.
Can apply to join Fire Support Group/Guards Section.

Enlisted

No authoritative command over subordinate personnel.
Issued a standard issue firearm and uniform.

-Ryadovoi (Soldier)
No authoritative command over subordinate personnel.
